The Grandview at Benefis

The Grandview at Benefis will be built in two phases. The construction for Phase I is in progress and includes The Timbers Assisted Living, Reflections Memory Support and The Cottages at Grandview (skilled nursing). The Grandview Commons will provide dining, a pub, a library, a woodworking shop, and more. The interior appearance will draw upon the rugged mountain design vernacular to appeal to seniors in the surrounding area. To complete the continuum of care, four resident households will provide care for skilled nursing and memory impaired assisted living residents. This expansion allows for the conversion of the existing nursing center to a “Culture Change” household, with predominantly private rooms. When complete, the project will include 77 independent living apartments, 15 free-standing houses, assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing cottages.
