Garden Spot Village

Garden Spot represents one of the first deep-culture-change households in the State of Pennsylvania, and supports a new philosophy of care; one of resident-centered care designed to maximize freedom of choice in all aspects of residents' life. Two new households provide 16 private rooms and allow for 32 additional residents. The existing nursing home was renovated to provide 17 semi-private rooms and eight private rooms split into two households, totaling 42 residents. Features such as a "front door" with porch, open kitchen, residential dining room, living room, parlor and separate service corridors are integrated into each the household creating a place called home.
