SFCS developed the master plan for this new community in Fairfield Glade, Tennessee. Phase One which was recently completed, includes Independent Living, Assisted Living Apartments, and Skilled Nurs­ing connected to the Community Center. Independent Living Cottages continue to be constructed as they’re sold along the outer ring of the community. The Community Center amenities include a chapel, theater, art studio, fitness center, library, coffee shop, beauty/barber shop, multi-purpose meeting room, postal and business center. Multiple dining venues are provided for daily and special event dining. Designed for future expansions, the total campus will include 60 Independent Living Cottages, 102 Senior Apartments, 48 Assisted Living Apartments and 45 private Skilled Nursing Beds.
