Liberty Lutheran Artman Home
In 2008, Liberty Lutheran‘s Artman Campus embarked on a journey to change the way care and services are delivered to their nursing residents. The community's goal was to create households for nursing and special memory support households for personal care and a dedicated rehabilitation household unit.
The final solution provided three 20 bed skilled nursing households, new short stay / rehab component of 20 beds, and renovation of existing space into a main street component. The project included relocating residents in a high occupancy setting, phasing, and coordinating with local and state licensing agencies.
