Winchester, VA
In Winchester, Virginia an existing three-story building formerly known as the Snapp Foundry Building that was renovated for use as a community services building. The building is divided into three sections: a health clinic for the Winchester Health Department, an office and treatment suite for the Winchester Department of Social Services and an available space for a future tenant. A significant initiative of the project was the restoration of the Cameron Street facade to reflect the facade of the original Snapp Foundry, circa 1920. This is a Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit project and was renovated in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior Standards for the Rehabilitation of Historic Buildings. This project is also certified LEED Silver.
