Cox desired reorganization within the existing building so that the new addition's entrance would function as the main entrance. The existing 26,000sf building was renovated with another 24,000sf added. The new design creates a stronger vertical point of egress with a canopy to mark the main entrance. The interior space at the new entry provides a transparency for workers in various departments to maintain acuity from one to the other. With Cox's ever expanding points of service, the visitors now enter in a location where seeking out specialty departments is more direct and accommodating.
