The following position is available in our Charlotte, NC and/or Philadelphia, PA offices:

Design Architect

Currently seeking designers with 6-10 years’ experience on medium to large scale projects. Senior living, multi-family and/or hospitality experience is preferred; however, excellent client communications, strong presentation skills and the ability to lead a team of creative professionals are essential. Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university is required, in addition to, professional registration.

The following positions are available in our Roanoke, VA office:

Project Designer

Successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited University and have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in an architectural office environment. Candidate should possess knowledge of design techniques, tool, and principles involved in production of schematic design through construction drawings, and the ability and understanding of three-dimensional forms and models. Experience should include work on commercial, institutional and residential projects encompassing health care, assisted living, higher education, and/or multi-family.  Renovation experience would be a plus.

Office Maintenance Assistant

We are currently seeking part-time candidate who is motivated, energized and will possess the following qualities:

The following positions are available in our Louisville, KY office:

Electrical Engineer

Currently seeking a successful candidate having a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis in electrical systems and project designs for buildings. P.E. registration, with the ability to be registered in multiple states is required. Candidate will have solid background in electrical systems design coursework, with 12+ years of experience in commercial and residential building design. Knowledge of the National Electric Code, NFPA and IBC codes, in addition to experience with analysis and layout of electrical power, lighting, fire alarm and low voltage building systems is required.

Revit | CAD Technician

Currently seeking a Revit/CAD Technician with experience in the drafting of construction drawings of medium to large scale projects – senior care, mixed use, multifamily, and/or hospitality projects preferred. Associates degree in Engineering Technology, or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience is required.

Mechanical Engineer

Successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with an emphasis on HVAC systems and project designs for buildings. P.E. registration, with the ability to be registered in multiple states is required. Candidate will have solid background in HVAC systems design coursework, with 5 years, minimum, of experience in commercial and residential building design. Knowledge of the ASHRAE standards, NFPA and IBC codes, in addition to experience with analysis and layout of HVAC systems, hydronic piping, air distribution and HVAC products and materials.
